i started lucid dreaming when i was 8 years old i think. We had no internet or anything, I just figured it out on my own, yes completly my own. I had a tick to pinch myself and ask myself if i wa sdreaming (from cartoons lmao) and that led me to discover lucid dreaming. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Sure it is crazy fun at the beggining but after some time it becomes crazy tiring and you can't stop it (also other unpleasant stuff happen but that would be a long talk). Btw when he talked at the end about his dream going very abstract - it happens every night to you, you aren't supposed to be aware or remember it. Random images flashing, sometimes sounds (my dreams are mostly mute tho but thats just me i think) mixed with emotions. If you start looking you can notice that those images are usually something you saw recently or similiar to it.

Ive been doing it for four days now. 5 am whether Im working or not. Once you get over the damn it's early part it's actually pretty cool. You basically have the world to yourself. Everything is super quiet. The roads are empty of traffic. No waiting in lines at the store. You can do damn near anything you want. I have plenty of time to make breakfast. Workout if I want and every one else is dragging their ass at work when I'm wide awake ready to hit the ground running. I'm never late to anything. I'm actually annoyingly early.

However, it is a bit annoying sometimes. Does someone know whats wrong with me😂😂 PS. Forgot to say that my lucid dreams happens unwillingly. My dreams tend to be fairly realistic, especially as I’ve gotten older. I’ll dream about arguments with friends or family. I’ll dream about exes reaching out to me after months of no communication. I’ll dream about going on vacations with my aunt, which is a regular thing we try to do. I’ll dream about meeting online friends of mine for the first time. I’ll dream of beautiful scenarios with people I care deeply about, but throughout all of this, I still rarely have lucid dreams. I vividly remember a lot of my dreams but awareness of it being one is something I’m usually unable to tap into. There will be occasions when I ask myself or someone with me in the dream if I’m dreaming or not, but that tends to be as far as it goes. Hopefully some day I can have a true and proper lucid dream.

I've been having out of body experiences (different) for many years. What I do is simply set my alarm for 20 minutes after I go to sleep. When I wake up, I just try to remain conscious as my body quickly falls back asleep. Once you feel intense vibrations and strange noises, you're very close to separating.

I go to sleep at 9pm and wake up at 5:30 am. My days feel longer and I can get more done because businesses are open. If you wake up at 11 am you only have 1/2 a business day but at the same time you need 8 hours sleep because if you only have 3 hours sleep you will be a zombie and do less work than if you have 8 hours but feel like you have energy.

I had night terrors as a child and I had my first lucid dream at age 7, likely in response to those night terrors. Y the time i was in my early twenties I was having them everry single night. I got pretty good at controlling them but I'd moatly just fly around. Tons of fun. During one lucid dream I was visited by this small being that resembled a garden gnome. He looked up and me and said "You're not supposed to be doing this." After that night they basic stopped. I'd have one maybe once a year but I can't maintain comtoe over them or I'll just wake up. Maybe i should have asked but it never to ld me why i wasn't supposed to be lucid dreaming Be grest to know.

  •  9 дней назад

I've never tried to induce lucid dreaming but I have had them. What I find to be the hardest part is really having control over what's happening. I find that I have to really put a lot of effort and force into making something happen the way I want. I would like to have them more often but doing all this stuff is a lot haha. Great video!
